Beauty Asia 2026 at Expo Centre Karachi: the short version

Beauty Asia 2026 runs from Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 December 2026 in Hall 5 of the Expo Centre Karachi, organised by Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan. It is the country's biggest sourcing expo for cosmetics, beauty and fitness products, and it runs alongside two sister shows in the neighbouring halls. Here is what you need to plan a visit:

  • Dates: 24 to 27 December 2026, four days, per the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan's booking schedule for the venue.
  • Where: Hall 5, Expo Centre Karachi, Main University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
  • Same dates, next door: International Consumer Products Fair 2026 in Hall 4 and House Hold Asia 2026 in Hall 6.
  • What's inside: colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, nail care, perfumes, salon and spa equipment, aesthetic and dermatology technology, plus fitness and wellness.
  • Who it's for: salon owners, clinic buyers, distributors and bridal studios first, but visitor registration is open online and the fair next door welcomes the public.

When is Beauty Asia 2026 in Karachi?

The Karachi edition is booked for 24, 25, 26 and 27 December 2026, with setup on 21 to 23 December and dismantling on 28 December. Those dates come from the venue's own booking schedule, published by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), which owns and runs the Expo Centre Karachi. The organiser's official site and the Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan events list both show the same four days.

December is the established slot for this show in Karachi. The 2024 edition ran 12 to 15 December, according to the Showsbee listing, and the 2025 edition ran 11 to 14 December per 10times. The 2026 dates land right after Christmas and in the middle of Karachi's wedding season, which is convenient if you are shopping for a bridal look or stocking a salon for the busy weeks ahead.

Daily opening hours for the Karachi edition were not posted on the official site when we checked in early September 2026. The organiser lists office hours of 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, for enquiries. Check the site a week or two before the show for the visitor timings.

Where is the venue and how do you get there?

Expo Centre Karachi sits on Main University Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, one of the most accessible spots in the city for anyone coming from Gulistan-e-Jauhar, North Nazimabad, Saddar or Clifton. According to Wikipedia's entry on the Karachi Expo Center, the complex has six air-conditioned halls with roughly 16,725 square metres of exhibition space and parking for about 2,400 cars.

Beauty Asia takes Hall 5. If you have been to IDEAS, the book fair or the "My Karachi" exhibition, you already know the layout. If not, follow the signs from the main gate; the halls are numbered in a line, and Hall 5 sits between the consumer products fair (Hall 4) and the household show (Hall 6), so you will pass through both if you walk the full length.

Practical tips from anyone who has done a December show at this venue:

  • Go on the Thursday or Friday if you want to talk to exhibitors properly. Saturday and Sunday are packed.
  • Parking is large, but weekend crowds test it. Ride-hailing to the University Road gate is the easier option.
  • Carry a business card or a phone number you are happy to share. Exhibitors collect contacts, and that is how you get post-show trade pricing.

What is Beauty Asia, and who is it for?

Beauty Asia is a business-to-business sourcing exhibition first. The organiser bills it as "Pakistan's Largest Exhibition for Beauty and Fitness Products & Services", and the Karachi page on the official site describes the 2026 show as the 14th International Beauty Asia Exhibition & Conferences. The industry listing site EventsEye classifies its audience as "trade public", meaning salon owners, distributors, aesthetic clinic buyers, spa managers, fitness club operators and brand representatives.

That said, it has never been a closed-door show. The co-located International Consumer Products Fair explicitly welcomes "professional visitors and general public", according to its TradeFairDates entry, and Beauty Asia visitor registration is open online through the official site. If you are a regular shopper rather than a buyer, register in advance, bring ID and expect the odd stand to quote trade prices only.

What the organiser says about scale

The official site headlines "600+ Exhibitors", "2000+ Brands", "50,000+ Visitors" and "6+ Countries". Those are the organiser's own marketing figures and appear to cover the brand as a whole rather than one edition. The independent listing on 10times gives a more conservative picture for a single Karachi show: around 150 exhibitors and about 35,000 expected visitors. Plan for something in between. Either way, Beauty Asia Karachi is the largest beauty exhibition Karachi hosts in a year.

Who exhibits

The organiser's Facebook page for the show, BeautyAsia on Facebook, is the best live feed of confirmed exhibitors as the date approaches. At the 2025 Karachi edition it announced an Indonesian pavilion opened by the managing director of Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan alongside diplomats from Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia, so expect Southeast Asian skincare and personal care brands again, alongside Pakistani manufacturers. The organiser also lists partner networks in China, Turkey, Malaysia and the UAE on its site, so imported ranges from those markets are likely too.

What will you see on the floor?

Expect the full supply chain of a salon or a beauty counter, not just finished products. Across the organiser's site and the Showsbee exhibit profile, the categories break down like this:

  • Colour cosmetics and skincare: foundations, lipsticks, palettes, serums, sunscreens and whitening ranges from local and imported brands.
  • Haircare and salon equipment: treatments, colour lines, keratin and protein systems, styling tools, salon chairs, basins and lighting.
  • Nail products and accessories: gel systems, extensions, chrome and art supplies, UV lamps.
  • Perfumes and fragrances: finished perfumes, attars and bulk fragrance oils.
  • Medical aesthetic and dermatology equipment: laser, IPL, HydraFacial-style hydrodermabrasion machines, microneedling, PRP kits and the consumables that go with them.
  • Spa and wellness: massage tables, steam and sauna units, spa product lines.
  • Fitness: gym equipment and supplements, which is why the show is still listed as Beauty & Fitness Asia in older directories.
  • OEM, packaging and toll manufacturing: for anyone who wants to launch their own label.

The official site also lists six visitor-facing zones: Spa & Wellness, Cosmetics, Bridal Studio, Fitness Club, Perfumes and Spa. The Bridal Studio zone is the one most casual visitors head for. Karachi's December wedding calendar means several bridal makeup studios use the show to book consultations, and it is a rare chance to compare artists side by side.

Seminars, competitions and master classes

Beauty Asia is more than stands. The organiser describes a programme of "championships, competitions, seminars, master classes and presentations", and the conference track from recent editions covered health, beauty and wellness in Asia, hair and scalp health, bio-microneedling and stem cell technologies in aesthetics, per the organiser's Karachi page. If you run a clinic or a salon, the seminar hall is where the real value is. The agenda is usually published close to the show, so follow the Facebook page and check whether seminar seats need separate registration.

The hair and makeup championships are the crowd-pullers. If you are a stylist or makeup artist, entry details normally go up on the organiser's channels about a month before the show. Ask at info@beautyasia.com.pk or on +92-300-0568718, the contact numbers listed on the official site.

Try the treatments before you shop the machines

A trade show tells you what technology exists. It does not tell you how a HydraFacial or a Q-Switch laser feels on your own skin, or whether a protein hair treatment is worth the money for your hair type. That is where a local deals platform helps. bugo.pk lists claim-now vouchers at real salons and aesthetic clinics (currently in Lahore), and several of the live ones cover exactly the treatments you will see demonstrated in Hall 5 in Karachi:

Claiming is free. You get a redemption code in the app and pay the discounted price at the counter, so there is nothing to lose if your plans change. If you spot a machine or a product at Beauty Asia that you want to try, the Aesthetic category on bugo.pk is a good place to look for a clinic already offering it.
