Delete your Bugo.pk account & data

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Bugo.pk mobile app:

1. Open the Bugo.pk app and go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete Account.
2. Confirm when prompted. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, use the online request form below instead.

Fill in the form below with the details of the account you want deleted. So we can find and verify your account, please use the same email address you registered with. We may contact you to confirm your identity before removing any data.

When your request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your profile, login credentials, saved locations, and category preferences
• Your saved and claimed deals, favourites, and in-app activity history
• Reviews and ratings you submitted are removed or anonymised
• Your marketing and notification preferences

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Some records may be retained only where the law requires it — for example, transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes. These are isolated from your profile and are not used to re-identify you.

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 daysof receiving your request and will confirm by email once it is done. If we need to verify your identity first, we'll reach out to the email address you provide.
