All services listed on Bugo.pk are provided solely and directly by the respective vendors. Bugo.pk does not employ, engage, supervise, or control these vendors in any capacity. The relationship between a user and a vendor is entirely independent of Bugo.pk.

Platform Role Defined

Service Quality

Bugo.pk does not guarantee the quality, standard, or outcome of any service rendered by a vendor. User experiences may vary, and we accept no liability for dissatisfactory results.

Professional Conduct

We are not responsible for the professional behavior, ethics, or practices of any vendor or their staff. Any misconduct should be reported directly to the vendor's management and, if necessary, to the relevant regulatory authority.

Hygiene and Safety Standards

Bugo.pk does not inspect, audit, or verify the hygiene conditions, safety practices, or operational standards maintained at vendor premises. Users are advised to assess these independently prior to availing any service.

Certifications and Licensing

We do not verify whether vendors hold valid professional certifications, trade licenses, or regulatory approvals required for the services they offer under Pakistani law or any other applicable regulation. Users should conduct their own due diligence in this regard.

All deals, discounts, offers, and promotions displayed on Bugo.pk are created, managed, and published solely by the respective vendors. Bugo.pk serves only as the communication channel through which these offers are presented to users.

Bugo.pk Does Not Guarantee

• Availability: Deals are subject to vendor stock, capacity, and time limitations. Availability is not guaranteed at the time of redemption.
• Accuracy of Discounts: Pricing, percentage discounts, and promotional values are provided by vendors and may differ from what is displayed due to updates, errors, or vendor discretion.
• Honoring of Deals: Bugo.pk cannot compel a vendor to honor a deal. If a vendor refuses to redeem a listed offer, the matter must be resolved directly between the user and the vendor.
• Expiry and Validity: Deal expiry dates and terms of use are set by vendors. Bugo.pk is not responsible for expired or withdrawn offers.
• Additional Terms: Vendors may impose conditions at the time of redemption that are not reflected on the platform listing.

Your Obligations as a User

• Independent Judgment: You must exercise your own judgment and discretion in selecting and engaging with vendors. Bugo.pk provides information — not advice or recommendations.
• Compliance with Terms: You agree to comply with all vendor-specific terms and conditions applicable to the deals and services you access.

Use of the Bugo.pk platform is entirely at your own risk. Bugo.pk shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your decision to avail any service promoted on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Pakistani law and relevant international legal standards, Bugo.pk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, or harm of any nature arising from or in connection with:

• Any vendor conduct, misrepresentation, negligence, or breach;
• Services rendered (or not rendered) by vendors;
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by vendors;
• The failure of a vendor to honor a deal or offer;
• Personal injury, bodily harm, or health complications arising from vendor services;
• Financial loss resulting from deal discrepancies or vendor disputes;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

Aggregate Liability Cap

In any circumstance where Bugo.pk is found to bear any liability — notwithstanding the disclaimers set forth herein — the maximum aggregate liability of Bugo.pk to any user shall not exceed the lesser of PKR 500 or the amount, if any, paid by the user directly to Bugo.pk in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.

All vendor listings, images, promotional text, service descriptions, pricing information, and other content displayed on Bugo.pk are provided directly by the respective vendors. Bugo.pk functions as a passive conduit for this content and does not independently create, author, or originate vendor-submitted material.

Content Verification

While Bugo.pk may implement reasonable measures to screen content for appropriateness, we do not warrant or represent that:

• All vendor-provided information is accurate, up-to-date, or complete;
• Images and photographs accurately represent the actual services or premises of the vendor;
• Vendor descriptions comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, or regulatory requirements;
• Any claims made by vendors regarding quality, results, or pricing are truthful or verifiable.
