Cleansing facial and face polish price

A cleansing facial, often called a clean up, costs Rs. 1,499 to Rs. 2,000 on live deals. It is a short treatment: cleanse, steam, extraction of blackheads and whiteheads, a scrub or polish and a mask. It skips the long massage and the layered serums of a full facial, which is why it costs less.

A clean up every two to three weeks suits oily or congested skin. If your skin feels dull or dehydrated, a full facial does more.

Glow facial price

A standard glow facial costs Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 4,500 on live deals. These are full salon facials with cleansing, exfoliation, massage and a mask, aimed at dullness rather than a specific skin problem.

Whitening facial price

A whitening facial costs Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,500 on live deals for the facial on its own, and about Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 5,000 when it is bundled with a manicure, pedicure or massage.

What a whitening facial does, and what it won't

A whitening facial brightens and evens out your skin. It does not lighten your natural complexion, and a salon that promises that is overselling.

Most facials sold as "whitening" in Pakistan are brightening treatments. They use ingredients such as vitamin C, kojic acid, arbutin and mulberry extract, which slow melanin production. That helps with tan, dullness and uneven patches, not with your baseline skin tone. Much of the glow afterwards comes from the cleanse, exfoliation and extraction.

Be realistic before you book:

  • It will not permanently change your complexion.
  • It will not clear deep melasma. That needs a dermatologist and a treatment plan.
  • The glow lasts about two to four weeks, in line with your skin's renewal cycle.

If your skin is oily or breaking out, clear the congestion first with a cleansing facial or hydrafacial. Brightening works best on skin that is already fairly clear.

Take-home whitening creams: the real risk

The salon facial is generally low risk on healthy skin. The unlabelled "night whitening" cream some salons sell alongside it is not. The World Health Organization has documented mercury in skin lightening products, and the US FDA has warned consumers about products containing mercury or hydroquinone. Mercury absorbed through the skin can damage the kidneys and nervous system.

  • Buy the facial, not an unlabelled cream from the counter.
  • Don't use a product with no ingredient list, manufacturer or expiry date.
  • Treat "results in 7 days" as a warning sign.
  • See a dermatologist for stubborn pigmentation.

Gold facial price

A gold facial costs Rs. 4,500 to Rs. 9,000 on live deals, and every current gold facial deal in Lahore is a bundle rather than a standalone facial. A gold facial uses gold-infused serums or gold foil masks after a cleanse and exfoliation. It gives a short-lived sheen, which is why people book it two or three days before an event.

A gold face polisher is not the same as a gold facial. The Rs. 2,000 Saman Noor deal above is a polish, a shorter treatment at a lower price.

Hydrafacial

A hydrafacial uses suction to clean the pores, then infuses hydrating serums, with little redness afterwards. Live Lahore deals start at Rs. 2,500 for a 6-step session at The Skin Trends in DHA Phase 3.

For clinic-by-clinic rates and packages, see our hydrafacial price in Lahore guide.

Derma and clinic facial price

Derma and clinic facials cost Rs. 3,499 to Rs. 9,000 on live deals. These use professional product lines such as Dr Derma or Janssen, or clinic treatments such as acne facials, chemical peels and carbon facials.

For carbon laser rates across clinics, see our carbon laser facial price guide.

What a course of facials costs

One facial gives you a good two to four weeks. A course is what changes how your skin looks at rest, so it helps to price the course, not the session. At live deal prices:

  • Monthly cleansing facial for six months: 6 x Rs. 1,499 = Rs. 8,994.
  • Monthly whitening facial for six months: 6 x Rs. 3,500 = Rs. 21,000, against Rs. 30,000 at the listed regular price.
  • Three hydrafacials four to six weeks apart: 3 x Rs. 2,500 = Rs. 7,500, or 3 x Rs. 3,800 = Rs. 11,400 at Skinsations.
  • Three acne facials a month apart: 3 x Rs. 6,500 = Rs. 19,500.

Every deal is claimed per visit, so check that the deal you used last time is still live before rebooking.

Why facial prices vary between salons

Five things explain most of the gap between two quotes:

  • What's included. A facial bundled with waxing, nails or a haircut always quotes higher than the facial alone. Compare the full list, not the headline price.
  • The product line. Salons use anything from bulk unbranded product to imported professional ranges such as Janssen, and that cost lands on you.
  • Time. A 25-minute clean up and a 75-minute facial with proper massage and extraction can share the same name on the menu.
  • Machines. Hydra, ultrasonic, LED or laser steps push the price up.
  • Who does it. A clinic facial supervised by a dermatologist costs more than a salon facial.

Facials in a Lahore winter and on smog days

Winter and smog change which facial is worth booking. Cold, dry air and gas heaters dry skin out, and smog leaves grime in the pores. A gentle hydrating facial or hydrafacial suits most skin from November to February, while bleach, strong polishers and harsh scrubs can leave dry skin red and flaky. For which facials suit dry skin and live hydrating deals, read our dry skin facial guide for Lahore.

Aftercare

  • Wear sunscreen every day for the following week. Freshly exfoliated skin burns more easily, and skipping it undoes a brightening facial fastest.
  • Give it 24 hours before heavy makeup, swimming or a hard workout.
  • Hold off on retinol and strong acids at home for a few days.
  • Rebook every four to six weeks; oily or acne-prone skin often does better on three to four.

How much is a whitening facial in Lahore?

A whitening facial costs Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,500 on live deals for the facial alone, and about Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 5,000 with a manicure, pedicure or massage added. It brightens tan and dullness but does not change your natural skin tone.
